It's our 3rd year in parkfield, great management great maintenance team and it's a clean complex and has great residents you never see trouble in parkfield.

Graystar's "rates change based on the date of signing" is a deceptive practice to lure people into committing to a contact and then changing the date so they suddenly find themselves paying as much as five hundred dollars more per month. Because if this practice, I have already paid nine thousand dollars more than was offered at the time I was prepared to sign the lease, but Greystar conveniently delayed approval of my lease until the price was maximized. It's not Parkfield that I will tell... people not to lease from: it's Greystar, and all of its many properties.
