I dont recommend living here. apart from safety issues and concerns since the building is located in a sketchy area, we felt the management didnt care to even respond to emails about those issues. several times police have been called to this building about trespassers. snow removal is non existent so amenities become unusable.

Not worth it.
Horrible place! Management doesn’t take care of building/ apartment issues. Price is way more than it should be for the bad area it’s in. Don’t count on getting your deposit back either. They rarely answer the phone and never call you back. Bad decision.

Nonexistent management.
I called literally 12 times, left 4 messages at two different numbers, and even emailed over the course of a week to try to schedule a tour. No one ever got back to me. I’d love to speak to the quality of the apartments, but I never even got in to see them. Management seems less than attentive.
