Great place to live and safe. I think the fee for the outside lights should not be an extra charge to the residents . I would like to see more amenities for the residents, storage would be great and a gym .

Very nice neighborhood, nice walking trails, love the appliances! I love how we are very close to a few restaurants and a gas station. Also very kid friendly with many parks in the neighborhood! And very dog friendly even with doggy bag stations.

This apartment complex seems to offer a variety of appealing amenities, from a well-maintained pool and fitness center to spacious units with modern finishes. The location appears to be convenient, with easy access to shopping and public transit. While I can't speak to my personal experience living there, the overall vibe looks pleasant, and the management team seems responsive based on reviews.

While we do not offer a pool or fitness center within our community, but we do offer picnic areas with grills, a playground, an Amazon locker hub and are situated near excellent walking and biking trails. Additionally,... there is a gym conveniently located across the street, along with several essential businesses in the vicinity. We would be delighted to have you visit our community sometime!

We’ve only been living here less than a week but everything has been smooth sailing. The apartment is very nice and has plenty of room for all of us.

I love the Confluence community environment, the amazing nature trails right outside my apartment, and the maintenance and service are top-notch! It is also a wonderful pet friendly atmosphere.
