The neighborhood is very well kept and clean. It's very nice and safe. It's a joy to walk my dogs around, and I love that there is little shops and clinics all within walking distance.

Hello, I have been a residence for almost 3 years now and will love the area of where the apartments are. The inconvenience of the bus is valued for myself and residents that do not drive at the moment or preferably do not want to drive that is very helpful. But I do think that there should be a little bit more of a additive to the residence that live in the apartment could get maybe like a year past to the gym across the street from the apartment as a bonus of moving in besides noticing on... your website, you’re giving out reward cards or purgatory cards for people that don’t ski in another alternative would be to provide A different alternative of a different way of getting people to use more. I have not lived here for very long, no more than a month now but I can tell you confluence is very dog friendly, the apartments are also nice, modern and clean. I can barely hear any noise… from neighbors to cars because this is a very quiet area with great people!
