You’ll get the usual sweet talk and treated excellently through your first month of living here and then they’ll move on to the next sale. The Marks is an incredibly friendly, and welcoming community. From the moment I came in for my tour, Faith was beyond kind and explained everything so well. I ended up signing after my tour! Loving my unit and overall neighborhood feel of the complex. It is also nice they have two clubhouses, of which are impeccably updated and designed. Highly recommend this community, ever since its redo, they have been scoring in all the right ways that ensure I am in a safe, and peaceful community.

The Marks has been an amazing living arrangement since the day I moved in! The environment is so peaceful accompanied by a beautiful living space. The amenities included at the marks; multiple clubhouses, pools/hot tubs, gym, paw spa, ski simulator and more, are such a luxury to have! This is definitely the place to be! :)

I recently experienced an emergency maintenance issue and was met with exceptional compassion and professionalism. I deeply appreciate how the maintenance team handled my situation with urgency. Within two hours of my initial call, my issue was completely resolved, despite it being quite a mess. Everyone I encountered today—the leasing office, the maintenance team, the plumber, and the carpet cleaning service—was very polite, informative, and professional. I am truly grateful to The Marks for... treating me, a satisfied tenant, with such care.
