Apartment was in excellent condition when we moved in. Just a couple minor issues that were addressed immediately. We officially moved in a couple weeks ago and have been very pleased with the apartment and office.

It has been great so far had some trouble with my fridge but it got fixed. Would like the hot tub to be open later than 8. But overall it’s been a good experience

This process was very overwhelming because I have been looking at several apartments. The crazy thing is I wasn't even going to consider this apartment not even knowing why but it wasn't listed on my list until one day we said let's just try again and look at a few more apartments and we added this one in. Instantly everything they had said to us we were okay with and it was exactly what we were looking for. Mark and Nancy were a big help through this whole thing we had a million and one... questions and they were so sweet to have answered every single one and I just love how well the communication is and I don't have to wait forever for a response.

The move in experience was great! The on-boarding team members were so helpful in making sure that the move in was seamless! They were very communicative and willing to help wherever possible as well as be flexible on some things!
