Overall, it’s a pretty great place. My biggest issue is with renewing your lease. You basically have to renew starting every November and when your lease starts in August, there’s not a tons of space to make an informed decision. Another thing is, they almost always increase you rent amount when you renew.

Good community and friendly staff. Although the amenities could use a lot of work, the apartments themself are nicely put together. The best part is the closeness to CSU campus.
