This is such an excellent property for students to live in!! There are so many community events. I loved the cider bar!! I could not imagine living somewhere else.

Best apartment ever!!
I have had such an amazing time living here! All of the amenities are so amazing, the staff is incredible and so helpful, great location, and amazing maintenance!!! If I could give this apartment a higher rating I would!

Nice Views
Signed my lease without seeing what community looked like until I moved in so I was a little worried, but to my surprise everything is always kept clean, the views from my room are awesome, the location is great and the people in the office are always nice!

Do Not Rent from Greystar
This apartment complex is extremely undermanaged, there is little to no communication and they have absolutely no grasp on how to manage a complex here in a pandemic. We are still paying full rent for things we no longer have access to. There's trash everywhere, there is no sanitization or cleaning, and don't expect to have a helping hand here for if you need anything. Do not rent from here, even if the proximity to campus looks great.

Waste of Time for Inaccurate Information
They advertise that one bedroom apartments are available on every single website, but once you call, they say there is no availability for one bedroom apartments in ANY of their properties. Waste of Time!
