Outstanding Community
I lived in Homestead for close to a year and it was GREAT! Clean well kept community with some of the best staff in town! They were always willing to work with you to make sure everyone is happy with their choice of place to call "home". Every issue I/residents have encountered has always been handled in the best of manner and promptly. Of course they have their drawbacks like every apartment community, ex. non-assigned parking so there was never ANY parking near my unit and anytime you leave... after 5PM don't expect to park by your unit. As well as you would think the pool would be year round for how high their rent prices are. (Like every other apartment complex in town that charges as much as they do.) Also charging rent for washers and dryers even though they are listed as a amenity? A little much. Finally they are nice units but nothing luxurious about them, newly built but standardized outdated "cookie cutter" style in all units. But in conclusion well kept community with outstanding staff and community standards.

Great Place to Live
Relatively new to Colorado - Greeley is a nice enough town, and if you are moving here, you must look at Homestead. It's centrally located, near the highway, seems really safe, and the office staff is willing to help. The Maintenance guys showed up instantly to fix a few minor issues and were super friendly. Also, they just added grills near the pool. A bit pricey, but what can you do? Overall a nice experience and a great place to be.

Great apartments for the price!
One of the more affordable places to live in Greeley without sacrificing quality. Beautiful area that is very well kept. Just minutes away from shopping/food and other businesses. If you want a smooth, comfortable transition into a brand new apartment then Homestead is the place for you!
