Please don't move Here

We lived here for a couple years, many bug infestations, and unorganized office. We moved out they had no idea we moved out and had someone tell me the door was unlocked the whole month after we left. They never fix any problems and when we requested multiple they called and asked why we never make requests. As high as rent is this place should be better.

Good value, and great staff.

Pros:

This is an income controlled apartment complex, so it is very reasonably priced (at least as reasonable as can be for the Denver/Lakewood area). The leasing staff is great, and the maintenance staff is usually fairly quick at addressing and problems you might have. The location is wonderful. It is very close to the light rail, as well as a host of restaurants. Many of the apartments have great views, especially in the high rise. There is also an outdoor pool and a small fitness...
center, as well as a couple of computers in the business center.

Cons:

I often come home to my apartment smelling like cigarette or pot smoke, as there are no non-smoking areas in the complex. People often don't pick up after their dogs and the management doesn't often, either. Parking isn't bad, but it isn't great, either.

Overall, this is a very good place to live. We have lived in the complex for 10 years now, 5 in the high rise, and 5 in the cottage homes, and we don't currently have any plans to move.
