Parking
This apartment complex can be good, the employees seem nice and the apartments are spacious however the parking situation is awful and makes living there miserable. The complex does not have enough parking especially for the back buildings. If you get home any time after 5 chances of you being able to park close to your apartment are slim to none. It is so frustrating having to park by the leasing office and walk through the entire complex to get to the back buildings. You have to pay an $8 fee... just to park there but again, not enough parking to be able to park close to your unit. The only other option is to rent a garage ($150-$175 per month, for an apartment complex to charge so much for a garage when there literally is not enough parking spaces is outrageous. Management has no solution to parking, they say they “understand” but there is no fix. I don’t understand how an apartment complex can have so many units with such little parking.

I like how easy it is living here. The office staff make it a priority to help you. The mail system is great and the amenities are beautiful. I love the layout of my apartment, my garage, the waste/recycle is close, and the cell phone reception is excellent.

Hiline has been a wonderful place to live. The neighbors have been amazing, the maintenance has been completed quickly and efficiently, the office ladies are welcoming and always willing to help and the amenities we have been able to use have been wonderful! We also love the units, they are nicely updated specious and they don’t have any wasted space. We are excited to be living here for a good long while!
