Been in this location for about a year now and I have had mice they crawled in from under the sink and I had to deal with one roach and had a exterminator come out, and there is still bugs getting in from the bathroom and other places again I am just waiting for my time for my lease to end so I can hurry up and get out because it is disgusting!.

Don’t rent from this place!!!!
So many horrible things. In the winter the heat was not turned on when it got cold. We had to buy heats. Someone was stabbed in the laundry room. They told us we needed to move in by the 15th even though we didn’t need to and then charged us for a half months rent when moving out on the 15th of the following year. They also are attempting to charge $1700 in damages even though the apartment was well maintained and barely lived in.

It's fine I guess. The bare minimum.
Not a whole lot of issues. They are renovation the exterior which was supposed to be complete in October 2020, but is still ongoing more then 6 months after it was scheduled to be finished. The dips in the parking area do not drain water and regularly freeze creating dangerous ice to slip and fall on. Maintenance is lacking and the complex provides zero additional amenities. This is the bare minimum and is very overpriced for the features provided.
