I have lived here for more than 4 years. I have to say the property up-keep and on-site maintenance staff have provided excellent service. They are timely in their response, though issues are prioritized by immediate needs, like heat or cooling repairs and water leaks.
The maintenance staff has changed over the years, but the guys are always friendly and fix what is needed. Chris has fixed the few issues I have had quickly. Kimberly always relays any requests promptly.
I have no regrets... making Victoria Inn Apartments takes great care of its tenants.

Comfortable Home
Nice apartment is 2 bedroom 2 bath. Stacked Washer and Dryer included. Large porch. A pool with lounge chairs exceptional since Colorado is not a costal state. Air Conditioning is incredible in the heat or fireplace in the cold winter. A nice grill available for all residence to use. Well kept grounds. Carport and extra parking. No separate charge for the carport. Close to shopping and bus lines. Parks are within walking distance.

Okay, but expensive
The maintenance guys are great and very responsive, staff is mostly helpful. However, the rent at this place just keeps going up. I've lived here for 4 years and my rent has gone up at least $400 in that timeframe.
Interior is dated, no gym, but there are a lot of great places you can walk to pretty easily if you're looking for a city feel with dedicated parking and the convenience of walking places.
