The grounds are beautiful, but since I’ve moved in I’ve had a terrible experience. The water pressure worse than every other building I’ve ever lived in, and the maintenance team has done nothing the address the issue. The leasing office is impossible to get ahold of, they never answer the phone or call back. And the amount of utilities that are required is ridiculous, I am expected to pay a monthly set fee for the leasing office and then a variable fee for their gas and electric usage. For a... building I haven’t even gone into since I signed the lease? At this point I don’t even know what my rent even pays for.

Consider twice before renting a Greens at Vandewater, looks pretty from a far but has tweekers running around, the local high school students destroy the pool, and management is about to change.

Awful awful awful
Furnace and water heater went out two days before Christmas. They didn’t fix the issue until 3 days after Christmas. Their solution was “We will send you up A space heater and you can shower in a unit two blocks away.”
Awful and disgraceful service and living situations.
