Starting with the friendly and competent Suzie in the Leasing office and Rob and Nikos on the Maintenance team, the Peakview staff has been both professional and responsive when dealing with issues and requests that have required their attention. Of note, has been their excellent communication. IRT is fortunate to have them on staff.

Peakview has been very good to us. Whenever we have an issue and need maintenance, Rob and Nykos are very quick to come and fix what's wrong, we do not have to wait weeks to have something taken care of. The office staff is amazing. Geri, Emily, and Suzie are superb and really care about your needs and pocket. Overall a great experience, we have lived in two units here, and love the area as well. Beautiful trees surround the complex, walking paths for me and my puppy, and tons of parking... spaces! What more could you want?

We pay $160 mo in miscellaneous fees. $30 for valet trash services that are not being provided. They continue to make us pay even though the service is not provided.

Just moved back in here, very welcoming staff! Emily helped me with my application and made the process go very smooth. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Loveland.
