Paper thin walls that you can hear everything through. If you care about any amount of noise in your home, DO NOT LIVE HERE. Horrible/cheap build quality, but what else is new in 2024?

I absolutely love Broadstone Wren, the community is safe and friendly, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is reliable and quick and takes the time to make sure the job is done correctly and they're great with my dogs who are a bit shy around new people! I would definitely recommend living here!
