Beware and Good Luck if you are Leasing or thinking to Lease at Enclave at Cherry Creek Apartments !
Everything is OK till you are renting as soon as you decided to move out .Will start looking for excuses to charge, after living there for 2.5 years charged for light bulbs and faucet replacement. After contacting them for charge reversal and providing them the photographs for working light bulbs and clean faucets .Sentinel management reverted back with some photographs with hard water stains on faucet claiming it the paint damage. And for light bulbs got excuse "Even there are lights left if... they are not LED light bulbs we do not accept them" . These are the same light bulbs what I got from them when I moved-in on 07/2020 .In nutshell the Sentinel policy if you can't find anything genuine for charging move out charges start using absurd excuses for the same .

Office Staff is awful
I have lived here for about a 1.5 years. Although the apartment and community (other tenants) have been wonderful, I wish I could say the same for the leasing office staff. Any interaction with them leaves me feeling as if I am an inconvenience or bothering them. Talking is always just behind a partially opened door to their offices, never invited to sit and discuss anything or to have a one-on-one conversation as two individuals. Majority of the time they are even looking at their cell phone... while I am speaking. Others have had similar experiences as I have seen within other online reviews, and my main fear is upon moving out (since at this point there is no way I will renew my lease) that I will be charged exorbitantly even though when I moved into the apartment there were damages that I had to report and things were not up to my standard of clean. It is a shame that such a beautiful complex could be run by individuals who do not care about the tenants.
