Having extreme problems with receiving packages and mail. Actually missing packages Heating system uneven temperatures in a room. Beautiful apartment and viewes. Very well planned storage spaces and appliances

They could use a little more organization and consistency, but the staff is very good and friendly and will ultimately resolve any matters that need attention. The place itself is lovely and has a lot to offer and they are still expanding yet. I just wish that there were more clear-cut boundaries regarding trespassers and what outside visitors can and cannot do. But I am happy here overall.
