Great place, great location. The low ratings and comments are not justified. It's a small community which doesnt make it necessary to have an on-site leasing person. I am on my fourth year and plan to stay for many more. The owners care about the place and making sure it is well maintained. View of Sleeping Giant from my balcony is always relaxing. Any issues emailed to the owners that needed to be addressed were promptly answered and promptly addressed/resolved. From: Happy Third Floor... resident.

Waiting on a response.
I reached out to them requesting a tour and an application. Even left a voicemail with my name and number and no one has reached back out to me and we are going on week 2 of no response. From the pictures it’s a beautiful place, however it would be nice to actually see it and get a call back.

Over priced for what you get.
I am a current resident and I would say from the beginning this place has been a hassle to deal with. The building is not finished, there’s no lounge area, no outside grill area. There’s not even an office. Paying rent is also a major inconvenience. All communication is done through emails, so don’t expect personal communication. Overall, the apartments are nice, the building is quiet, however there’s nothing too spectacular about living here.

Doesn't Answer Phone and Mailbox is Full
This complex looks great and seems to have good reviews, but none of that means anything if you can't get in touch with them! Have been calling for a week with no response and no way to leave a message. They also do not respond to messages sent through Apartments.com. I would be happy to amend this review if they rectify this serious issue, but this is simply inexcusable!

i have been trying to contact this property for days about the 2 bedroom apartment they have available but they have not responded. Poor customer service.
