The Best Place to Live in Hamden
Whitney Towers exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect. Rich, the super takes pride in keeping the building in excellent running order. The grounds are manicured and the inside of the building is always clean. I would HIGHLY recommend Whitney Towers.

Rich Puts the Super in Superintendent!!
I have been a tenant at Whitney Towers in Hamden for several years. It is a great place to live. The grounds are beautiful. The interior resembles a five star hotel. Rich, the superintendent is always making sure everything is running smoothly. It is worry-free living at its best.

Fantastic Place to Live :-D
Whitney Towers is a fantastic place to live! The apartments, common areas, and grounds are very well maintained. Rich, the superintendent is phenomenal and is always proactive if an issue arises. In addition, management is easy to work with. Also, neighbors/other tenants are very respectful.
As a resident of Whitney Towers for many years, I can confidently say this is a fantastic place to live.

Don't give it a thought! Roach infestation!
Moving out as soon as possible. Gave notice. There is a roach infestation and they are constantly scheduling an exterminator who will leave traps all around your apartment. Rent goes up considerably every year. Maintenance of inside of building is not good. An elevator is always out of service. Stairways smell like urine which probably came from the college kids that they swear they don't rent to. My car was damaged in the lot and nothing was done since video cameras don't work. Had a problem... with someone trying to break into apartments. Apartments are so hot in the winter that we have to open all windows. We never turn the heat on in the dead of winter. There are much better places but be sure to do your research!!
