I absolutely love living here. The management and maintenance staff members are super friendly, polite, understanding, and professional. They don’t speak to you like an annoying tenant, they treat us like friends.
The location is PERFECT in regards to local shopping.
The only 2 things I am disappointed about, is the pool only being 4ft deep. And the second issue, is the residents here always leave the gas grills on, so the gas is always empty. I had my entire family over for a BBQ after... confirming the grills would have gas the day before, and then I ended up moving the party to my apartment kitchen lol.
No big deal really though on those 2 issues, although a deeper pool would be amazing ??
Thank you guys for everything. I plan to stay here until I buy a home of my own maybe a few years down the road.

I’ve lived here a year and am pleased. The apartment is spacious and I adore the fireplace. Grounds are kept up well and maintenance attentive. The only drawback for me is the upkeep of the hallway. I’d be nice if the weekly cleaner did a little more to keep it looking nice. There’s lots of marks on the walls from people moving in and out.
