I read many reviews, good and bad, from this place. This one is mine.
In all these years I might had gone to complain about something at the office maybe 3 times. The staff was different each time.
I really like the enviroment, location, the fact that include most utilities. My apartment is comfortable, and when I needed maintenance to take care of something they got things done next day (if I call late). I got myself locked out just once, and they were very dilligent to resolve my problem.
It's... 90% quiet where my apartment is ubicated, maybe I had been lucky with very considerate neighbors everytime someone move in.
So close to the highways, so close to a park, stores and a mall in at most 2 miles!
I will eventually have to move to be closer to my new job, but I can't find ALL the advantages I have here (except maybe getting a unit with my own washer and dryer elsewhere, that would be my upgrade).
You never know who will be your neighbor here or anywhere else, but other than that I strongly recommend Pebblebrook Apartments.
P.S. The only people's cars towed are those without permits parked everywhere but at the visitors' parking spots. Read More

Worst place ever! Over priced and cars are either getting towed, rims stolen, catalytic converter stolen. There’s a towing company that regularly comes and tows cars. Catalytic converter got stolen and every thing is going downhill from here. Can’t wait to move out.

Cheryl is the best been living here for 2 years now and my family and I love it. Down the street from the mall and there’s is a lot of shopping center around the area. If you plan on moving here you will not regret it. THANK YOU CHERYL YOUR THE BEST!!!

Worst apartment complex we ever stayed in. Bugs. Incompetent nasty workers. Poor apartments .overcharging , add nonexistant fees terrible terrible place

I had been living here for 8 years! I love the location: near to route 9 and I-84, Westfarm Mall, Costco, restaurants, urgent care, nails salon, etc.

The office staff had changed few times in those 8 years, but when something (few times over the years) wasn't properly solved by the office's staff, a mail to the company was enough to solve any misunderstanding.

They shampoo the hall and elevators' carpets every now and then. They notify about fire alarm tests, pest control, and lobby/laundry... remodeling. The place is mostly quiet (95% of the time), and you don't hear your neighbors almost never (unless you are next to college kids).

Any non emergency maintenance issue I had had been resolved in around 24 hours, and I had been notified by phone when they will be going to the apartment.

The swimming pool is nice, although I almost never use it. Only in 3 ocassions the snow removal was REALLY bad (in 8 years). I think they change the snow removal company.

My only complain would be the gradual raise on annual rent, without any update to the unit. But they had been careful not to raise more than double digits/month.

I would eventually have to move due to a new job in another county, but I would recommend the apartments' administrators to consider change to hardwood floors instead keeping wall to wall carpet, and kitchen updates. Read More
