I moved in on May 1, 2024 and I have nothing, but great things to say about my new home and experience! Laurie, the property manager, was fabulous from day 1 and incredibly reliable, responding quickly to any and all questions or concerns. The maintenance gentleman is reliable, timely, and an absolute sweetheart. I have reached out 3 times for small request to be handled and they were handled in the same day!
The property is clean, beautifully maintained, and I feel very safe. Parking and trash... removal also couldn't be better! Getting mail and packages is also a breeze.
If you're looking for a new home, this spot is perfect and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone I know!

COCKROACHES!!!
*COCKROACHES* DO NOT MOVE HERE! I would only recommend this place if you wish to live with cockroaches in your unit and SHARED laundry room. I brought this concern to management's attention in September of 2023 and to date this issue has NOT been resolved. When I speak to the property manager I am often met with excuses and no clear plan of action. As a CURRENT tenet who has been living like this for the past 6 months, I would AVOID this place at all cost!!! This property has been advertised as... "luxury" however my definition of luxury does not include cockroaches, unkept shared spaces, and hallways that smell like animals and cigarettes.

New management going downhill fast
I enjoy the unique layout but in may of 2022 management changed and rent is increasing 40-50% for the people living there with no changes in the amenities. The new company redid the asphalt and communicated it would be done in segments to limit disruptions, but proceeded to do all the work at once leaving us to park off the property and walk a quarter mile or so just to get here. The parking lot was redone only 2 years before and was in good shape the new work was mostly throwing new asphalt... down directly over top what was already there greatly increasing the drop at storm drains now. They are also repainting the place and not only does that look ugly it’s poorly done and the lines between black and white paint are crooked. Under the new management the dumpsters are no longer being emptied regularly and are frequently overflowing. Maintenance on the once beautiful pond has stopped and 90% of the pond is now covered in scum. I feel fortunate to have renewed my lease when I did but I, and many of the people I have talked to living here cannot afford a $500 increase in rent, especially when nothing new is being added

While we welcome all feedback, we're very sorry to know you feel this way. Our team is excited and committed to making great improvements to the property. We are proud of the work that is being completed, though we certainly never intended it to... cause any inconvenience to any resident, and apologize if you feel that was the case. Additionally, rent increases are customary with any community and our team feels the new pricing reflects the changes that have been and will continue to be made moving forward.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we invite you to reach out to us at (475) 313-5858 to discuss any of these matters in more detail and happy to share the improvements we will be making to this community. Thank you.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE
As the title states avoid the apartments. I recently moved out and i didnt receive my full security deposit back because they claimed my cat damaged the apartment. i have an older cat who is litterbox trained, sleeps in my bed and on the cat tree all day. I did my final walkthrough with the maintenance guy and he checked off the apartment was okay and signed off on the move out sheet. There was no damage but the owner claims my cat "pissed" on the carpet and there was such a bad odor that it... needed to be replaced. The Carpet wasnt replaced before I moved in but I was charged to replace it because "it should last 10 years". When asked to see pictures or proof of the damage to the carpet i was told "we save the carpet until the issue is resolved so if you want take it to court, we will see you there". I was told that it was more of an odor so looking for stains would be useless. Also one of the bedroom walls was covered in black surface mold so bad when i attempted to clean it, it kept spreading to the point that i called mainenance and they said leave it they will "clean in". In the bedroom there is also an A/C unit which I had to ask to be replaced because there was mold growing INSIDE the vent where the air comes out. The maintenance guy came to the apartment and cleaned the air filter screen and said i was good to go. i called again to say there was still mold in the VENT and the next day it was replaced. Also behind the toilet the wall is black from the mold growing. The apartments are cheap because they are terrible living conditions. Please save yourself the hassle and headache and do not move in.
