Parking is a nightmare. So far from buildings and the ones that are close are never available since there’s only 5. Apartments are cheaply done. Online they claim that they have granite countertops and they are not. Paint is cheap, walls are SUPER thin, finishes are cheap, washer and dryer are super tiny and don’t work very well. They control how low you can put your thermostat and air conditioners break A LOT but the maintenance guy is super good at fixing it quickly. Property Manager is... horrible at her job… super rude. Has neglected the property especially during winter time. Macy will not respond to emails or phone calls. She did not show up for my move out walk through of the apartment and never responded. She is so unprofessional. Apartment complex still not completed after 2 years. Do not move here at all. The maintenance guy was the only good person that would respond right away and fix problems right away.

Questionable Construction Quality
Let me first say that I'm NOT a tenant here but I did just take a three apartment tour and my wife and I were very disappointed. We expected some funky stuff based on the old mill building but what we saw was much worse than expected. The three apartments we were shown were poorly finished and in some cases just not finished at all. Air conditioning pipes exposed everywhere including inside the apartments and none of them done in a neat way. Kitchen cabinets are cheap quality and the... installation looks like it was done by non-experienced carpenters. The majority of the floors are the original mill plank floors which is kinda cool but they are in pretty tired shape and should have been freshend up before being offered for rent. My wife and I were left with the feeling that the building owner really went the cheap route which is too bad as this place had great potential. There is just one large un-assigned parking lot way in the back and depending which building your apartment is in the walk from your car could be daunting, just think of dragging dozens of bags from the grocery store. Floors creak badly, steel doors are loud and common areas are downright ugly. Again we instantly decided it was not the place for us and I'm writing this review to warn others looking at this place as an option. All that said, this place is nearly 100% rented, go figure.
