Amenities are top notch people are super friendly. Staff is accommodating and helpful. Social events every month to allow for everyone to meet their neighbors.

The Smyth is such a wonderful holistic living community. Not only does it have beautiful apartments and amenities, but all of the people are great too. Residents are all friendly professionals, and the management is the best I've had in an apartment complex. I've had very few issues, but when I do they get addressed right away. I'm going to renew here as long as I am in Stamford CT

Best apartment experience I’ve had to date. Management is great, the amenities are awesome, and I’ve never had any serious issues with my unit. 10/10 would recommend if you can look past the high price point.
