Do not move into these apartments. They do not fix anything, neighbors had a leak for 6 months. Nobody came to fix it. Fridge broke, management did not fix it for weeks. If you forget to register your car in the town they will tow you every day if needed and management won’t do a thing about it, claims they have nothing to do with tow company when they are the ones who hired them. Apartment was not even primed before painted, paint is peeling and apartment was so dirty. There was blood on the... back of the toilet that was not ours when moved in. Roaches in the dishwasher. Not family friendly . Ladies in the office are rude and unprofessional especially Stacey. Save yourself money and headache . Don’t buy the pretty pictures they post of units they are completely roach infested !

They don’t fix no heat loud music rude neighbors mice bed bugs!! They don’t care you call them no answer it’s gone down garbage overflowing no snow clean up for days!!! horrible! Save your money

Doesn't fix what really needs fixing. Rude property managers that talks over you when trying to explain what's going on in your apartment. Not much lighting on the property for safety. Management also runs from meeting the tenants and you only gets to deal with the ladies in the office that doesn't know anything, tells you what you want to hear. Find somewhere else to rent if you can.

If this property was all they say, this would be considered the land of milk and honey. BUT unfortunately, rent is the most important matter here, doesn't matter if important things need to be fixed by management. Promises are what you get But they. Are EMPTY PROMISES.
