Kitchen has lots of cupboard space. Gas stove. Tower has two elevators. Laundry is paid and in the basement of the tower (no need to go outside); it's usually not busy since many machines. Legal maximum is 3 inhabitants.
Amenities: Large pool with long hours and a lifeguard. Gym with dance studio and many cardio machines, a weight bench and multi-use machine. Neither pool nor gym gets crowded. Weekly yoga classes. There is a front desk that holds packages for residents and emails you to come pick them up- very secure. Tower uses key fob or resident buzz-in entry and has a spacious, well-lit lobby, plus security guards on-site. Pet-friendly.
