We have one nice size room in a townhouse in a perfect location of DC. Its between Shaw & 4 blocks to logan circle. Near major two metro stations. We only allow one person per room. The kitchen and Baths are shared. There is a... very nice backyard for outdoor activities hanging out BBQ etc... Each roommate gets their room with a lock. The roommates are young professionals ages late 20s and early 30s mixed sex and all have gone through background/credit checks. Must have no criminal history, and proof of income to cover the rent and utilities. The minimum lease is 12 months. There is a $50 application fee. At the time of signing the lease, one month's rent as security deposit and the first month's rent is due. Tenant responsible for his/her share of the utilities.
