It is an entirely separate unit with its own front & rear entrance and its own high-efficiency mini split heating/cooling system. Though the unit was renovated, we've kept the items that are essential to retaining the house's old charm by exposing and repointing the brick along the hallway and exposing and refinishing the original support beam. Accordingly, it will be very easy to maintain and pet owners will be quite pleased knowing their pets won’t be putting their security deposit at risk.
