I've lived here for almost 5 years and am moving out due to the issues that continue. I've had roaches that come from another unit on my hall for over 6 months and management hasn't been able to solve the issue. They fired the entire front desk staff that used to work 24/7 and outsourced it to a company and cut back on the hours of the front desk staff. The building is cheap, rent controlled, and all utilities included but their negligence regarding pest issues is appalling. Do not live on the... sixth floor.

Responsive Management Team - Good Starter Apartment
When you sign up for this apartment, you get the essentials. Ideal Location. Amazing Staff. Low Cost. You'll get no frills (with the exception of a great rooftop view), but apartment is perfect for those getting their start in DC and who don't need fancy gyms or appliances.
Every time I've had an issue (3 times in 2 years) I've reached out to management and I've had my issue addressed in a matter of hours. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for starter-apartments in... the Dupont/Georgetown area!

Cockroaches
The building is infested with cockroaches. The reviews below must be paid or management. Maintenance has no idea what to do about this problem and they only have Orkin on site once a month, even if you have an emergency with roaches crawling all over you. Also, there is frequently one or more elevator that does not work.
