Long Overdue
The Oliver is is a fabulous location for Howard Medical students. The spaces are clean and the furnishings are adequate. However, the fitness center is small and only has 2 machines. The there is only 1 group study room, and they are not sound proof. You can hear neighboring students discuss or take calls. In the same vein, the bedroom windows do not block out enough sound. You can hear street noise and conversations. With rising prices, I hope it remains reasonably priced for students. It's a... good housing option for professional and graduate students and is long overdue.

Ok, I get it: DC is expensive!!! So, I guess the price at the Oliver is relatively decent. This is a clean, beautiful, efficient, and duly furnished apartment; excellent for faculty and students.

Directly on campus, wonderful staff, plenty of practical amenities. Perfect place for graduate students.
