This place should be your last resort. I would only stay here if you’re desperate! Seriously! The heat hasn’t been working 90% of the time since winter has came. Most nights I’m in the house with the stove on for heat. Huge mice problem, and a roach problem, and I am a very clean person!!! I barely cook in my kitchen because of the mice issue. If I cook they smell it and they come out at night, they poop all over my stove and around my sink. I don’t have company over because you never know when... a mouse might run across the room, or you might see a roach on my wall! Management does nothing except send someone to put traps down and thats IF they send someone. I also experienced a roach problem, it wasn’t as bad as the mice but you will definitely see a roach here and there. They redid the hallways in a cheap matter using spray paint for the doors and laminate flooring and they think thats enough to raise the rent! Absolutely not! All they care about here is money. Please I beg you DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. They do not care about you , your health, your child health, you wellness, or anything else unless it has to do with money. When ask for higher ups to report know one has a number. The maintenance doesn’t always show. GUESS WHAT GUYS THEY JUST RAISED THE RENT TO SLEEP WITH RATS AND TO MUCH MORE. PLEASE STAY WHERE YOU ARE.

This is the most disgusting apartment to live in. All the buildings are infested with mice and roches, when we call for maintenance they never come it’s a list of people right now as i type this that are waiting for maintenance to come fix their rodent problem. I lived here for one year and had no idea the vermin that live here as well. I lived there from 2021 -2022. I had to throw out all of my belongings. Their pest control ppl are complete gaslighters who charge you for extermination. I just hope this review will reach anyone that is thinking of living here. This place is nasty and needs to be reported by the board of health or whoever. Save your time, money, belongings and your child's health and don't live here. Go bless.

This place is terrible. The leasing manager takes forever to help with minor things. She won’t provide any contact information for any higher ups in order to get to the bottom of the things. She claims to have no numbers for us to seek more help. She failed to inform us that our entire building has a mice infestation and due to the way the apartment is built there is absolutely no way to keep them out despite how clean you may be. Instead of trying to seal up the obvious ways they come in they... just come to your apartment and set a couple traps. It’s absolutely disgusting and dangerous for the health of the people living here. I do not recommend living here unless you have absolutely no other options. This place is all about money and doesn’t care about actually giving you a comfortable, safe place to live. I pay my rent every month and cannot get the help I need.
