You can find way more for your money. This places recently decided to not be a income based property. Great right? Wrong. Your looking at high prices for old appliances. Cameras everywhere here which would make people feel safe but the reason why they are there is because there’s been two shootings in the past 5 years. No pets allowed. But if your pals with management then it’s fine. No security there’s only one lock on the door.

Nonstop hassles and never helpful
Lived here for 6 years. Bad neighbors aside (loud music and stomping everyday at all hours) the office was god awful. More than once they demanded entrance without notice and when I got an official document from my doctor assigning me a support dog, they tried to evict and then charge me money for the trouble. Never could get maintenance requests filled. Half the time I lived there, a burner for the oven didn’t work, and the entire time the dishwasher barely functioned, even though I put in... three requests for it.
Don’t bother with this place. I stayed there because it fit my budget. So glad to be gone. Even now they’re causing me trouble trying to keep the security deposit because of my ESA. I’m so over it. The communication has been the worst I could expect.
Not to mention no one at the complex uses the dumpster properly, so piles and piles of garbage heap up outside every week. Gross.

Been Living here for Many Years. Property now under New Mgmt.Good Neighbors. Helpful Office and Maintenece Staff. I Really Like My New Surroundings. Hart Flex Svc. Shopping Areas, Park,Schools,Restaurants all Nearby. Handicap Accessibility. " Only One Trash Compactor on Site.l Happy Resident...

Great place to live
I have been living here for two years now and I can say I've never had a problem. My neighbors are friendly and management has always been Helpful and they work with you if a situation ever came up.

I enjoy my apartment complex. I've been there for 3 years. However due to changes in my life. I am currently looking for a new space.
