Beautiful on the outside, but the problems don't begin until it's time to move in. For the price, no gated community, no parking available, and (your car will be towed if you park alone the curve), trash doesn't always get picked up, dog poop everywhere, ac went out 3 times in the first few months, hardwood floors on each level, so you hear everything, and new property manager very unprofessional. For what you'll pay, there are much better options out there here in Clearwater.

Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry that this has been your experience as this is never our intent. Our team has implemented the parking policy as vehicles that are parking in a non-parking zone is a hazard to oncoming traffic and others that... are parking in designated parking spots. All parking is first come first serve and we cannot guarantee that you will find parking directly in front of your home however, our community was designed to have more than enough spots for the number of apartments we have. With the implementation of this policy, we have received very positive feedback from other residents, so we are saddened that you feel the opposite. To touch on the cleanliness of the community, our maintenance team walks the property daily to remove trash and dog feces so if you ever see that they have missed an area (we are human) please feel free to enter a service request and we will get on it immediately. Also, with the Florida heat and running the A/C consistently, they sometimes go down, if there is a consistent issue, we always try to find a solution if we are aware however, I searched our work order system and do not see a work request for an A/C being down three times in a 30-day span. Please reach out to the office to better assist you with your issues as we always strive to get things right. Do not move here
I have lived here for 5 months and am completely exasperated and frustrated. Half of the staff has quit and they do not have the capacity to help the residents they serve.
Put in a maintenance request a week ago for a broken AC! Been without AC for a week and now our entire unit is flooding with water everywhere. We spoke with the newly hired leasing agent in person during the day that our unit was leaking and he put in a maintenance request. No maintenance ever came and now we called... emergency maintenance and no response in over an hour!!
Trash compactor broke so Arabelle Clearwater let trash pile up for 4 DAYS into the road! Took 5 days for the staff to actually do something.
Absolutely unacceptable response. I will not be renewing my lease here.
