My 1st payment to this property, my bank had moved my deposit to my savings account without my knowledge. So they turned off the ability to pay that way. Meaning that I would have to go get money orders for a year. Which is difficult for me to do because I work nights and I have a limit as to what I can withdraw daily….so it caused me to pay a few days late…we’re not talking about weeks late. But after the 3rd…it’s considered late. When i resigned my lease, they turned ACH back on and I paid my... rent on time, but their system tried to charge me twice for 1 months rent. I don’t keep $5k in my account…so due to their error, they denied my access to ACH payments. And they have a new payment process that my bank marked as fraudulent. So after standing in line to get a money order for over an hour, I couldn’t get the payment to process. I shouldn’t have to run all over town on multiple days to just pay my rent. The office staff is very personable, friendly, and helpful. I lived here two years and only moved out due to work location change. It was a very clean complex and the apartments were so comfortable. They keep up with the expectations they set during tours. Caely, Ana, and Seffrey we’re extremely helpful and made living here as seamless as possible.

I moved from out of state and everyone at Feather Sound was so accommodating and so very nice. Caely was friendly and so sweet. Great move!!

Jacob helped me move in and the process was super easy. He took care of any issues that popped up. The complex is well maintained, quiet and in a good location. The only maintenance issue that needed to be taken care of was taken care of immediately. The staff have been great.
