It's been a great experience living at the Alexander. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We love the amenities such as the gym, pool and game room. The neighbors we have are great, which is always a bonus.

Excellent facility with excellent maintenance. Lots of Amenities and location is unbeatable! Close to Dunedin shops and right across from Countryside Mall!

The best part is nice apartments and amenities! No damage and perfectly safe from the hurricanes that hit this year. I feel so much safer living in my community. Maintenance comes the same day as the online request, unless it’s on weekends or holidays and it’s not an emergency! They have an emergency process for that.

I really like the Alexander, it’s the best apartment i’ve lived in. They are constantly maintains the grounds and keeping it clean. my only complaint is they put in these great umbrellas in the dog parks but then were only usable for a month bc they didn’t remove them for the hurricanes and they’ve been broken since.

Good neighborhood and friendly people living here.
Communities events are really poor, definitely more and better things can be organized.

Do not agree at all on how many things are managed from the main office. They make you feel you owe you sthg when actually you are paying a rent to them, and not cheap rent at all
