Any amount taken from the deposit is because of a balance... due or damage. If you have any questions about these charges, please reach out to the leasing office directly and the manager would be happy to review them with you.

Best Place to live Monarch Station

Monarch Station is
Excellent apartment community. Beautiful modern apartments and amenities. Maintenance staff is quick and efficient, everyone at the leasing office is very kind and helpful, Tricia, Robert and Johana are extremely friendly and courteous. My family and I love the residents events and food trucks they bring in weekly. Would totally recommend to anyone looking to rent here.
