Absolutely wonderful community! I love all amenities and the staff from the office alll the way to the maintenance really make you feel at home. Fun resident events and there’s always something fun planned by the leasing staff and the community is always clean and immaculate. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

Poor management. Check out process is very predatory and they will knit pick you out of your security deposit. $ grab!

We are sorry you feel that way. The moving out process should be simple - giving notice, leave the apartment in good condition and we mailed a final account statement, followed by your refund. Any amount taken from the deposit is because of a balance... due or damage. If you have any questions about these charges, please reach out to the leasing office directly and the manager would be happy to review them with you.
