Parking is a NIGHTMARE here. I arrive home around 6:30 and no parking. I should not have to park all the way where the trash is. Especially as a woman walking late at night and having to go trough gates to get to my place. It’s insane. No parking due to everyone who has a garage and doesn’t park in their garage. It’s ridiculous. I’ve taken pictures of garages and sent to the office. Everyone utilizes them for storage or work space. I have neighbors with 4 plus cars. 2 of those cars do not have... red stickers. All residents with garages should have red stickers. They need to re do the parking and distribute new parking decals to make sure everyone has the correct stickers. We need assigned parking. 2 per unit. And everyone else should park where else is available. Every other community has assigned parking. And then visitor parking.
I will be contacting corporate about this matter. I suggest other residents follow.

BEST RENTAL COMMUNITY
I recently moved into Solaire at Coconut Creek after visiting many rentals in the area. Solaire stood out by far with the management team being knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Ellie who was my resident representative was always willing to assist with a smile and always made me feel welcomed and cared for. They understood my urgency to move and did everything to make the process smooth and expeditious. I highly recommend Solaire if you are looking for a quiet, safe, friendly and... resort style living closed to everything.

Wonderful Place to Live
I recently signed my second lease at Solaire and I love it here. It’s beautifully maintained and management is so responsive. Any time I have an issue, it is taken care of immediately. My neighbors are all friendly, and the management team (even though it does seem to change) is always nice and helpful. Before I re-signed, I looked at every nearby complex, and none compared.

Poor management
The AC went out more than once during the 8 months I rented and had to have it serviced 3 times. I was also a week late giving 60 days notice that I was vacating and they are charging the full $2300. Ridiculous they are not willing to bend or negotiate. The gate to the community was promised to be fixed soon but it has not worked ever.
