Great apartment, the appliances are modern and there is plenty of space, elevators and common spaces are always well functioning and clean. The amenities are amazing! Newly renovated pool and free access to the Lifetime Gym in the building. Also, such a bonus having a Trader Joe's in the building!

Love my apartment and living at Lifetime. The apartment is spacious and modern, the location is great, and I like the amenities, especially the Lifetime fitness center and the pools.

Enjoying the amenities Lifetime offers in the heart of Coral Gables! Everything is nearby or on the premises. The staff is great. The leasing office is always helpful. I love my peaceful apartment.

The location is great and the units are nice! Leasing office is very uninvolved and appear to be overwhelmed by the number of residents. When my unit was flooded due to another resident's mistake, they did the bare minimum to help me. My rent remained the same, I paid the additional electric bill they acquired by plugging so many fans into my outlets and when I asked to be relocated due to fear of mold or long term damage they offered no price break. Additionally, the parking is out of control.... Residents are forced to fight gym members, trader joe's shoppers and restaurant guests for a parking spot.
