I think dunson grove is a pretty nice place to live and you get a pretty good amount for the money you pay but I am not happy with how much I’m charged per month for a trash fee when most of the time I still have to take my own trash out to the dumpster

Overall it's a pleasant experience. I've only experienced the usual apartment living issues such as hearing the upstairs neighbors, pests that were treated, etc. Office staff and maintenance are busy but receptive to your needs and they are taken care of in a timely manner. I enjoy living here.

Happy with the apartment thought communication is difficult with the hours I work no one tends to answer the phone or respond to emails in a timely manor. Plus there’s always something going on where you can’t use some of the amenities.

A little hard to get in touch with anyone for anything important, but they’re kind and quick to fix any issues! Everything always looks so nice and is very well kept

Love living here! A lot of amenities, beautiful place with gym and dog park. Beautiful inside of the apartments very modern and spacious rooms, love the kitchen
