If you want to live in a quiet place with super clean facilities and that are also pet-friendly, then Victoria Park is ideal! The attention that the managers and all the staff have is very kind and friendly, I have no complaints. Above all, the manager Kelvin is very adorable.

we started living here a couple months ago and it’s just been so wonderful, when getting the apartment jenny helped us through everything, made the process super easy, there’s always food trucks in the Neighborhood which is so convenient and nice, they also hosted there own pizza party, all of the office representatives are amazing! Plus when ever we need something fixed they come super quick!!

Amenities doors always broken, kids under 16 breaking equipment and club house, everything is outdated.

Management does not do diligence of policing amenities as they should. Gate is often broken and just left wide open. When you leave, they will make up reasons to keep your deposit, legitimate or not. Try your options of another apartment complex.

Hello, I am sorry that this was your experience at Victoria Park. We have a Courtesy Officer who has lived on-site for two years and he patrols the amenities daily. Regarding the gates, we strive to fix them urgently any time there is an issue.... Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of our vendors.
