The house has a small screened in front porch, newer vinyl siding, a new metal roof and a TV antenna that allows you reception of 30+ TV channels without cable subscription. Spectrum would be available for subscription of cable and internet but is not included. The pictures were taken before the current tenant moved in. The schedule looks like the tenant will move out either in January or no later than end of February 2025. We are in the process of coordinating that with the tenants.
