A nice townhouse complex with boat docks!
Ricky and Manny, the maintenance duo, are phenomenal. It is not often, but when they are needed, they are knowledgeable and provide excellent service, quickly and efficiently. They are always positive and their strong work ethic is always on display by how they strive to keep the facility up on a daily basis and in the care that they show for the property.
Michelle in the front office is always helpful (and cheerful) and this is very appreciated! It was nice to see her (and Ricky) stay on when... ownership changed hands last year. Andrea in the office has always been able to answer any questions that we have had as well and both her and Michelle can be found walking around the property from time to time which is good to see. The addition of a dog park, the redesign of the children's play area, the installation of rain gutters throughout, and the refreshed landscaping, have been a warm welcome. We look forward to our continued stay here at The Isles.

Beyond Expectations
Andrea and Michelle are great! This community is family friendly and management is firm on policies but give and give a generous amount of time to adapt to new policies which I respect! The property manager lives on site so has personal interest to keep the community in great shape. They are thorough and diligent. Been here almost a year my family loves it!

Great place to live!
The property is beautiful, clean and quite. Andrea and Michelle in the office provide great customer service!
Maintenence team is also great! They always take care of any issues. They are very nice and do a great job.
I would definitely recommend living here!

Comfortable,clean,safe,affordable.
I've lived here for the past two years,I'm very happy here.i love that it is kept up very well,the staff is outstanding.its under a new management team,who came in making even better changes.I've never had a chance to call or ask for anything that wasn't taken care of,in a timely manner.i want to say thank you to our new manager,who is very easy to speak to.thank you michelle for helping in anyway you can.our maintenance team is awesome.thank you all.
