The lease is flexible from 7 to 12 months with renewal, if a renewal or extension if wanted. Peaceful Place, fairly, newly renovated and very nicely fully furnished 1 bedroom with a queen bed, newer mattress with bed pad, 1 large bathroom, Kitchen... unit with large lanai/ screened porch, newly screened & latticed for privacy. It has new noseeum screen and 3 Ceiling fans. It is "TURN KEY" so the bed linens & towels are provide unless you have your own. It has a Window AC, direct drain dehumidifier, and very nice Ceiling fans in each room and the lanai too.
The electric and water are included in the rent. You can obtain your own Wifi with Comcast for only $45.00 per month with no contract for flexibility.

I am looking for a mature, respectful resident(s). It is just The 1st months rent and the security deposit. If you do a 7 or more month lease and all is well, you can extend on a month to month lease. Perhaps you are looking to purchase a house or move somewhere else, so I understand that situation. I will accommodate requests at least 45 days in advance with the 7 month or more lease and can prorate the rent with appropriate notice and do a written agreement.

For cooking in the Kitchen or on the lanai, alias the covered screen porch, The Dolphin Suite has a 2-2 burner cook top, great counter top oven, large microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and drip coffee maker.
The kitchen is fully furnished with dish wares & utensils. There is a rectanglar table in the kitchen for eating or use for counter appliances, or as a desk. If you have your own kitchen wares, the existing ones can be removed. There is a very nice full size refrigerator /freezer.
The entire Suite has ceramic tile and a large rug in the bathroom as shown in the photos.
The entrance is directly into the keyed lanai (large covered newly screened porch) with Parking directly outside. Then via the single Keyed French door is the kitchen, thur another door the large bathroom then the bedroom.

There are two patios. One fenced and one open next to the lanai. The parking is directly in front of the lanai as shown on the photos. The Lanai is the living room with the Tiki bar with a new bar refrigerator/ freezer. It is very nicely furnished and with a large sleeper sofa, chairs, and dinning table, and other furnishings seen in the photo. It has 3 new ceiling fans. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and great for getting out walking, jogging, and cycling with sidewalks everywhere. There are excellent Restaurants only 1/4 mile down the street. You can drive, walk or bicycle there. The grocery stores are very close and only 5 minutes to the Bridges of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach! It's a tropical paradise!
The Dolphin Suite is for mature individuals, 1 person or a couple maximum. Note: You cannot move anyone into the residence who is not on the lease.
