They force us to use broadstar during lockdowns I got a job working from home as a customer service rep. We have to chat with customers seeking help on the website. I lost my job due to frequent drops and time outs. Keeping my job depended on customer satisfaction surveys. No one was able to complete chats with me. The complex is wired for fiber optic from AT&T but the complex won’t allow them to provide it. We can’t have cable tv or internet from local Cox due to the complex being in some... contract with broadstar. If you are a gamer don’t move here, if you want to stream tv the internet is too slow, if you work online you will not be able to work here. We live in a world full of tech. Moving here is like having a flip phone after you’ve had an iPhone. You literally cannot do anything you need or want to do. Oh and the tv is beyond stupid! Rude staff, poorly maintained, outdated and infested. Expect to be charged for unjustified fees when you move out.

Recently moved in and was very upset . Apartment wasn’t clean correctly at all microwave dirty ,oven dirty , doors missing from my master bedroom and my 2nd bedrooms bathroom. I honestly feel like I made a mistake moving here. I had Cobwebs in some of my rooms . I will be sure to share the pictures will be calling the corporate office.

The management is great and quick to help. I can’t thank Mack enough for his professional services & kind approach during our apartment inquiry. We just moved in last week & expecting to have a great stay
