Scammers

Will do everything in their power to screw you over and take every single penny from your pocket. Management is only interested in taking your money, never actually solving anything.

Do not recommend!

They are claiming that I damaged some of the furniture etc. in my apartment and therefore have not refunded my security deposit. They will try to take all the money that they can. Other than this it is a nice place.

liars and manipulators

went to the office because my apartment was infested with cockroaches and my roommate did nothing to clean up. they told me roaches are not a problem.they remedied the situation by putting me in a different apartment. the AC wasn't working right causing my electric bill to go up. I went up to the office again and they blamed me for their unit that failed. I do not recommend living purely based on how the staff will lie and twist the situation back on you.

Terrible experience, not worth the price or location conveinience

Would not recommend, police are constantly called and there is constant misinformation. If you ask the office anything, you can get a different answer for the same exact question every time you go there. Not even a month after I moved in they started asking for me to renew my lease, my lease lasted a year. I was told that if I didn't renew my lease OVER 90 DAYS in advance, I wouldn't be able to rent the same apartment if/ when I renew. They are doing move-out inspections May 23rd for leases... that don't end until July 31st. I was also informed that I would be able to get out of my lease early as long as it aligned with the end of the spring or fall semester of Santa Fe College. This was BS, the lease which allows that is an extra $150 a month. The gate is constantly broken and the gate guards are basically there for show. All but one of them will let you through without even checking who you are even if you don't live there. I'm not even gonna bring up the roaches, it isn't worth it, its so bad no one stores their food in the kitchen.

Awful Company!! Do not understand GLOBAL PANDEMIC and do not care!!!

We rented an apartment for my daughter to do clinical rotations at UF. Due to Covid, she wasn't able to move as originally planned because her clinicals were cancelled. They pushed her to either pay the lease in full, make monthly payments until it was paid, sublease or move her lease to the Spring in the hopes that she could move to Florida then. Since we could not afford to pay for a place she wasn't living in and we couldn't find someone to sublease, she signed a lease for the Spring. Her... professor from her grad school even called and tried to let them know that it was all due to Covid. She did move down in the Spring but she needed a 2 bedroom because they sent another student with her. They still are not letting us break the lease. We finally found someone to sublease and they rejected them because he is male. However, they are reassigning him to another unit and still are holding us to the lease.

We apologize for any inconvenience regarding your daughter's lease. We do have 2 options to possibly be let out of leases upon approval. I see that you've tried one of the options but since your daughter lives in an all-female apartment, it's not... possible to fill it with a male occupant.
