I Love Mayfair!!
The front office staff is always so nice and friendly. They’re very polite and helpful. I always have an amazing experience with the staff at Mayfair. Im happy to be a tenant for the last 3yrs here ..

Great location
I have been living in this apartment more than 4years. There are supermarkets and pediatric clinics nearby, and it's also easy to access UF. The location is excellent. The maintenance staff is also very responsive.

amazing place to live
We have lived at the Mayfair for over 2 years and we love it. It is a very safe community kept very clean. The staff are attentive and courteous. any time we put in a maintenance request it is taken care of the next day. we looked all over and agreed the Mayfair had the most up to date, spacious apartments! Great Apartment!
I moved into a delightful 1-bed, 1-bath with a Solarium, and it's exceeding all my expectations! The appliances are top-notch, and the laundry area is wonderfully spacious. But what really seals the deal is the unbeatable location on Archer – with everything I need just around the corner. And the warm sense of community at Mayfair Apartments adds that extra touch of comfort and belonging. Couldn't have picked a better place to settle down :)
