I am amazed!
My apartment here is excellent! I love the site and the rooms are spacious. It feels safe and is clean. I love the pool!! Super happy I found this place. I am renewing for another year. I highly suggest Breeze Apartments!

A resort feel and a great location
I have stayed at the Breeze for 7 years. I’ve moved there for the school as I have a son and thai is among the best school in the panhandle. Location is great and pretty much everything is walkable. The property has a resort feel and a great community. On the other hand, they don’t have washer and dryer hookup and not having my own washer and dryer in my apartment is kind of annoying for me. But besides that this is a great complex.

Gulf Breeze Apartments Best Price in a Great Location
The Gulf Breeze Apartments are located in the heart of the commercial district. It's in a highly sought-after desirable area at a walkable distance to stores and restaurants and a few minute drive to the beach. The quiet and pet-friendly apartment complex is located less than a mile away from the best elementary, middle school and high school of Florida.
