Do not recommend

- Balcony was flooded multiple times, I called for emergency assistance from maintenance no one ever showed up. Every time it rained the balcony would fill up with water/mosquitos because there was no proper drainage system on the first floor which caused mosquito infestation and discomfort on the balcony daily.

- Packages worth $200+ lost for days with minimal effort to help locate them or even try to open the lockers and find them, Messy mailroom. After multiple complaints I made about my...
packages being lost the staff stated they’re “too busy at the moment” and would let days pass without locating my expensive packages.

- Parking is extremely expensive and unrealistic. My guests car was towed and multiple tickets placed on my vehicle and guests who would visit throughout the duration of my lease.

- Staff was inattentive and lacked customer service skills and care for residents. Also very strict rules and polices regarding all of the amenities including pool and clubroom (no eating, drinking, guests, music or gatherings allowed)

Very Nice

Unsure why the negative reviews are there. Ive lived here about 9 months now and its been great. The building is well taken care of and everything is new. The pool is heated which I enjoy since most of the buildings don’t have it and makes the pools impossible to use for half a year. My two kids enjoy the park and activities the community does. The apartment did come with only one parking spot but we just added another one to the lease. As for the guests you have you just have to give them a... code so they can park for free for a couple of hours, it is annoying but I use to lived in Doral, where is just impossible to park… so I just prefer paying than not finding parking ever.
Also, despite being in Hialeah the location is very centric. You can get to almost anywhere in Miami under 20mins

Parking issues

That parking in the community is sad. This community has over 300 units and about half the parking. They will charge your guests to park in the front and issue tickets as if you were in downtown Miami.

Horrible Customer Service and Unprofessional Staff

I have been a resident at this property for approximately 11 months now, Please save yourself the stress and headache of living here. Absolutely no customer service from the unprofessional staff.
There is so many issues I don't know which to address first. The apartments are beautiful but that's it. The staff is completely unwilling to help their residents with any issues they experience throughout their lease. My neighbors and I have expressed multiple complaints and concerns to the staff and...
have been completely ignored and disregarded. Do not recommend this location in Hialeah. For the extremely high price of rent, you would expect to be treated nicely and respectfully.

avoid moving here

I’ve been a tenant at this property for about eight months now. Living here is an absolute headache. The staff is extremely difficult to deal with and they do not accommodate parking. I made a simple request to have an additional parking decal for my work vehicle and they directly told me no. There are so many units here and not enough parking. Not to mention the wait times for the elevators, issues with tickets for parking out front. It's a mess, please avoid this community if you can.
