Happy with the upgrades!

I noticed some changes around the property. Had a problem with my A/C and it was taken care of immediately. I love living here.

Deceitful

I went there to inquire about a 1 bedroom apartment and I told the lady at the leasing office it would be 2 babies and me, she then told me “ due to the city ordinances you’re not allowed to get a 1 bedroom with 1 adult and 2 babies “ I’ve lived in Florida my whole life and never once heard that and then she tried to upsell me a 2bedroom, they’re nothing but greedy liars.

Recent Updates & New Property Manager

I've been living in this complex on 2 previous occasions for a total of approx 18 years. Quiet property with very few "noise" issues or any other drama.

Recently the new property manager expedited the removal of a BUNCH of tree's that made the property look so much more well kept and hopefully during Hurricane Season they won't get in the power lines.

They've also recently started to paint the exterior of the buildings and it's looks so much better.

My husband and myself consider Taft... Plaza Home and hope to continue to stay here for years to come.
