You can put paint and perfume on poop, It’ll still stink. The drained are constantly clogged, they never answer the phone, water is always shut off, this place is full of problems and none of the so called amenities even work. Don’t do it

wish i could give 0 stars
The head manager is very rude!!! The plumbing is trash!! I have to call maintenance every month bc the water in the tub never drains one guy even told me to stop taking sit down baths bc the pipes can’t handle that much water at once ?? i have a three year old she can’t take showers everyday. My car was broken into and when i called and informed management it was obvious she didn’t care. My air went out a couple times the first Maintenance guy said it was too dark to see and he’ll come back and... NEVER CAME the next day i called and a lady from the emergency line told me they are not taking anymore AC calls mind you this was mid July with 80 degree weather. My lease is finally up and i couldn’t thank God enough that I’m leaving these apartments. The inside is very nice but the outside is trash they need serious pressure wash and remodeling .

Do not move here it's a trap
By far the worst place I have lived in Jacksonville. I moved in March 1st and here are a list of SOME of the problems : oven didn't work because it wasn't plugged in, dish washer does not work, bathroom leakes and caused the leak to go through to my dining room, windows are not sealed, the front door is not sealed, there is a crack down the front of my front door that allows sunlight in. Electrical socket caught fire. All of these issues were made aware to the office on 3/3/19. John in the... office claimed things would be fixed. Fast forward to 3/14/19 I wrote an email to the property. A maintenance man that goes by the name of Beau (sp?) Came by and said he would deal with the leak personally. It's now 4/2/19 and nothing has been done. None of these issues should have been present upon move in and it's unacceptable that they are still issues now a month later.
